The first step is to fill out and submit the on-line reservation request form. All of wildlife tours require a non-refundable payment to secure space, with the balance due 90 days prior to departure. Please note that we no longer accept credit cards directly, however credit card payments are available through Paypal for deposits only. Alternate terms of payment need to be arranged with us: this can include bank wire transfers, Paypal, or emaiing us direct from your bank.

All trip participants must read, fill out and endorse a mandatory trip registration form and liabilty release as part of the reservation process. Please email us to obtain a copy of the registration form in PDF. Special diets can be accommodated by request.
